URine tract infection
I have tested urine culture and got report in which culture is positive and epithelial cells are 0-1 . Do I have urine infection ? What can I do please advice and any medicine I can take ?

Hi, if Urine culture shows some positive growth of organisms then see for the sensitivity with antibiotics . Whichever antibiotic shows more senstivity give that . Drink plenty of fluids , if acidic urine drink Alkasol

Hi.. you are having urine infection if your culture is positive. You can try simple remedy first like drinking 4 litres of water in a day and try cranberry juice and coconut water. And get sensitivity test done so that appropriate antibiotics can be started on time...

Epithelial cella of 0-1 doesn’t suggest of any urine infection, infact that is normal

0-1 epithelial cells are not suggestive of infection.culture shows infection? What is the name of the bacteria? Sensitivity report must be showing the list of antibiotics what will work for you.upload the reports for better advice

Hello,
If culture report is positive, it will mention the organism name, also to which medicine it is sensitive to. Accordingly you need to be treated.
Meanwhile, plenty of water intake is very essential. Also barely water, cranberry juice help.

If Ur culture is positive ..need Ur sensitivity test too...it's urinary tract infection.. depending on Ur results hv antibiotic...for further discussion.. consult online
