Urine test report for pregnant women
Hi I have question regarding - URINE MICROSCOPY Few pus cells, occasional epithelial cells and many Gram negative bacilli were seen. ISOLATE - 1 Pseudomonas aeruginosa Colony Count 1,00,000 cfu/ml ANTIBIOTIC SUSCEPTIBILITY TESTING (AST). Can anyone suggest mentioned above as on test report is harmful during pregnancy and I know how servere if many gram negative bacilli were seen means... Can this be treated for pregnant women.

The report indicates  infection any infection during pregnancy needs to be treated as that can lead to pre term  labour pains
