You might have urinary retention. Plz go in person to consult a gynaecologist as they will have to examine you . Do a urine analysis to rule out urine infection . This could also maybe due to increased sugar levels .
Next Steps
Visit a gynaecologist

Hello , From the symptoms - it looks like a urinary tract infection . Due to inflammation and irritation caused to the urinary tract , there is an urge to pass urine repeatedly.  U will have to get a urine routine , culture and sensitivity to rule out infection.  Also USG - abdomen and pelvis to rule out kidney stone as the cause for ur left side pain . - drink plenty of fluid You will need antibiotics
Next Steps
- consult in person. - urine routine , culture and sensitivity - USG -abdomen and pelvis.  - antibiotics to be started
