Urine infection or something more seriou

I have horrible pain in my back, stomach and when I got to the toilet. It hurts a lot. I think it may be a urine infection as my urine smells strong and looks cloudy. I also haven’t came on my period in like 3 months or more but I’m definitely not pregnant because I’ve checked so many times.
