My son 6 years old is wetting his clothes from the last two days. He is passing 8 to 10 drops of urine in his pants wothout knowing and after he does it inly then he gets to know.. he ate a passion fruit one day before .. please advise

This could be due to urine infection. It is unlikely that this has anything to do with the passion fruit. Still to confirm, please get a urine test done. In the meanwhile, give him plenty of fluids
