  4. Urine infection. Need a treatment now?

Urine infection
My daughter 15months old, had fever two weeks back, did urine culture test and found plenty of pus cells. They concluded it as urine infection but we saw the report now after two weeks. Will she need a treatment now? she looks comfortable while passing urine and looks healty.
