  4. Urine infection. What should i do now?

Urine infection
Its been one month of my marriage I suffered from vaginal infection, then urine infection. I had gone through both Urine R/M and C/S test, according I have taken the course of clinegen and Niftran 100 mg and syrup cital. After 10 days from the end of this course, today I am again having urine infection today. Please help, What should I do now?
