  4. Urine infection. A year. please suggest.

I am facing a urine infection. Symptoms are gel type transparent liquid form passing from v part and also smells bad. Also there is a irritation on that part, light pain at the passing of urine.  I am facing infection 4th time in a year. Please suggest.
