Urine incontinence and urine ejaculation

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I underwent a cyst (spermacetocole) removed one month back, But after that I'm getting urine leakage when I cough , laugh and urge to urinate often.My obdomen ultrasound scan shows normal. What is the problem ? And once I had night fall but urine ejaculated more than semen..please help
