Urination frequency increased,no control

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My brother Amit (28 yrs old), is on contionuos medication for epilepsy since 23 yrs. He has developed a health issue wherein he needs to urinate once in every 90 mins. He does not drink water more than 600 ml a day. And he is unable to control his urine and at times is released in pants or on bed.
