I had similar problem of Urinary Tract Infection, symptoms are lower bowel pain, itching, uneasy stomach etc., doctor prescribed me Ceftum 500, Metrogyl 400 twice a day.
Can I take same dosage now for the similar problem? Ceftum 500 is for Oral intake?

What are the symptoms .urinary infection means burning in urine, frequency of urine, pain in lower abdominal. If so then go for urine microscopic examination. Start drinking more water and lemon water. And continue crying 500mg twice a day for 7days.
