Urinary problem

Asked for Male, 55 Years

I have some difficulty to pass urine. Urine is not going out freely and strongly. Have to wait for some time to start. Then it takes a few minutes to complete it. Scanning g is done and my prostate gland is some 22 g. Is there a solution for this. Right now I am taking an ayurvedic medicine called Ural bph.
