Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi doc...I'm 30 yrs old was operated for gallstones had a scan done in that post void urine was 150 ml.. The radiologist said had urine infection AS WELL this was before surgery later developed pain on right side of the abdomen developed fever and vomiting loose stools.. Got a blood test done n urine test lot of pus cells seen to say about 22 to 23... Now under medication antibiotics n urikind solution...have fluids as Well it cure with these meds or should I consult a urologist or nephrologist
