Urinary bladder injured

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My wife had a c section 1 week ago. During c section, her urinary bladder was injured, which size is approx 2X2cm. Please suggest me is this affect my wife's normal life in future. Should I complaint against the doctors and hospitals?
