Urinal tract infection

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have uti and I have taken the below medicine... Amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate 625 for 7days Ciprofloxacin 500 for 7 days.. Reccurent UTI ... So doctor gave azithromycin 250 for 7 days... Now problem is I have tingling in either side of neck, forearm, groin, lower thigh,pennis( like pin and needling) Please help me what is the issue...
