I have 20 to 25 percent stenosis in proximal lad 30- 35 percent stenosis in right coronary artery Calcium score 5 Is it a very serious condition. I'm an occasional smoker as well. Can the percentage of stenosis be brought down with treatment

No worries for this percentage of blockage. This much percentage means just beginning of disease. It may or may not subside with treatment. Smoking has to be stopped completely.
