Can we use gyno-q capsules for irregular periods.as it was suggested by aurvedic doctor in facebook,he is asking to use it for 4 months. I didn't get period last month only spotting only..he is telling that I hav pcos

Pcos cn not be diagnosed just like that..u nd investigation s plus clinical correlation..and its not just irregular cycles.. Its a whole lot of metabolic things occuring in your body.. I suggest consult a gynaec properly before u start with ny of these medications.. As there s no long term studies , research n trials of safety on ayurvedic medicines.. Rest i cnt comment
