My aunty (age 55) pap smear report shows that high grade aquamous intraepithelial lesion(hpv infestation) . Doctor tells that immediate operation is required.

Usually high grade lesion can turn into malignancy later on....a simple hysterectomy should end the problem completely..if a visible lesion is noted then a less invasive procedures can be done..
