Urgent Help. To see ent or gp or gs?

Hi i had abscess in my left breast few months back & i got it cured with aspiration & antibiotic course of Cd & after biopsy i took levoflexacilin courses recommended in report. I had Mrsa in my reports. Everything is normal with my breast but from few days back i used to feel something stuck behind my chest i used to burp as if it would come out then we thought it is acidity but recently i started feeling less senses on my left side of body & as if something is stuck in throat but while only swallowing saliva no problems while eating , i feel heavy breathing on left side sometimes slight blocked feeling in ears & some senses going from side of my ears in my head. Now yesterday i felt something like small bump is there in my throat or may b something has happen in one my vein that passes from my neck line and it has got bump in it & that bump is touching my throat & i touchd it from inside of my throat using my finger also i have shoulder pain. Which specialist to see Ent or GP or GS ?
