Urethra sweelling

Asked for Male, 28 Years

When my penis is erected urethra is swelling in high and also feel the urethra is narrow. Urine routine and culture test done report normal. Uroflowmetry normal. Usg kub pvr normal but till this date facing problem pain when urination and urine is small amount force is feeling not good and also pain before urination
