Upt test positive but bleeding

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My wife checked her pregnancy test on 30th march with parega news it shows one dark and one light pink line,but in the evening she noticed first dark brown spotting and today also she noticed bleeding drops when urine pass my doctor said to take duphaston what would I do now?
