The first thing to do is get an ultrasound done for localisation of pregnancy. Also start taking folic acid tablets. Consult for other necessary tests to be prescribed and further counseling.

Have an Antenatal  check  up at your  place. If not possible  at the  moment ,can take  online consultation and  visit the doctor  in a weeks time.
