  4. Upset stomach. And zn20? food for him?

Hi my 5 year old was having fever cold and mild throat infection. Now fever came down. He got stomach upset may be stomach infection.. smelly poop smelly fart and sticky poop.. he's struggling to poop he cries. Sometimes complains about pain. Am giving enterogermina twice and zn20 once a day... We live in germany. we consulted doctor with lot of delayed appointment finally in last moment got it. We showed him. They give nothing. They said no need to give medication. He'll heal. Give good food at home fruits vegetables.. i have sporlac sachet... can I give???. Sporlac sachet along with enterogermina and zn20?? Please guide. Food for him? Please guide
