Upset stomach (food poisoning)
My 5year old son have got fever,cold and mild throat infection since 4days.now fever came down but he got upset stomach. He's struggling to poop. He says it is hurting And smelly fart and smelly poop which isn't hard or loose its like in paste form but very smelly... I have started enterogermina twice and zn20 1 time a day for 14days as doctor's advice... Please tell me how can I help him to get better. Will it get better without antibiotics? And what food will heal is tummy. What i can give him.? What i shouldn't give? He complains pain sometimes.. he's farting... Please guide . He's drinking lot of water.
