Hi doctor, Usually I have lower stomach. Buy from one year I am getting upper stomatch,recently doctor confirmed that I am suffering with acute gastroenteritis. So please suggest what kind of food I should take. Is there any medication I should follow Thanks in Advance.

Fibre rich diet! Plenty of water through out the day! Need to rule out irritable bowel syndrome which is becoming a common problem particularly in big cities! A help from Gastroenterologist will be worth it! Wishing you a great health!
