Upper middle back pain and chest pain
Hi does pleural effusion cause upper and middle back pain and chest pain ?in aug done hrct it showed minimal bilateral plueral effusion and infective etiology.I am experiencing this discomfort from sept but from last 1 month it became severe it's more when I wake up in the morning feeling heaviness and pain in the upper n middle back.while I am prostrating iam feeling pain in upper chest and upper back. Feeling feverish shortness of breath occasionally but temp is normal and sometimes 98.3 to 99.3. .no pain while working Cbp crp serum creatinine serum uric acid thyroid nt pro bnp lft lipid vit b12 normal Esr 28 vit d3 16. Plz reply.age 27 female.

Recurrent fever is not a good sign . There could be pleural effusion present . Further Imaging is required
