Upper esophagous problem

Question

Asked for Male, 38 Years

There is a strip at the end of upper esophagous. It happend due to wind pipe pressure from outer side. Due to stiffness of vocal cord, the vocal cord could hold the pressure of creating sound and it harmed the upper esophagous joint section. I have been suffering for 6 years. It frequently pains and when it pains it comes around right chest.
