Upper Chest irritation,dull pain,pinning

Asked for Male, 33 Years

During our Office health check up ECG done, however Doctor told me there s a problem in ECG but other Doctor told me no issues wit ECG report, please advice on this.....left side slit upper chest irritation comes and goes, if i touch or rub on spot it goes away, few years back I did cardio check up, found no problems related to Heart ( I have a a)
