  3. Upper back paining severely. Severaly.

Upper back paining severely
Can't able to do daily work also... My body paining like someone beaten me... Just lying down... 3day before had done some excercise... Don't know that is the reason or some other reason... Taking dolo 650 from last 2days but after medicine effect it's again started to pain more severaly...
