Upper back pain
My breast become large and sagging. I m breast feeding mother. Now whenever I hooked my bra.. I started back pain on those area because of lefting the breasts. Before my pregnancy my breasts are small. My daughter is 2 year old and planing to wean bf. Should weaning help for my upper back pain  and then I can wear bra? What should I do?

Upper back pain during breast feeding months/years is mainly due to increased overall upperbody weight, poor postural habits, poor posture during feeding baby and weak upper back and para scapular muscles. U need to work on reducing all above factors...

During the breastfeeding period, size of breast increases. Also the posture while feeding is also slouchy.
