Upper abdominal tenderness

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I have upper abdominal tenderness and feels like swelling or lumps when I press there's a weird feeling, some burning and stinging comes and goes. The pain is mild but sometimes it seems my bra is irratating it. And at times it feels if something is moving. I have had my gallbladder removed about 7 years ago. What could it be?
