If it is upper central abdominal pain you could be having an ulcer in the stomach or duodenum. Try HP kit twice a day for a week. If it doesn’t resolve you may need further investigation. Read my book “ The Pocket doctor- medical tips for common illnesses”. It is all mentioned. Available on amazon, certain libraries .
