Upper abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 34 Years

On 4/27, I had an epidural steroid injection at L4 L5 disc. I was reading that stomach ulcers could be a side effect. On May 1st I started having chest pains right around my breastbone and in my upper abdomen. At first I thought it was severe indigestion from eating a late late dinner. And the pain has become constant and made worse by eating or drinking, including water. It also hurts when I take a breath and the pain is also in my back. (Straight though where the upper abdomen pain is.)

Look like drug induced gastritis. Follow some life style changes : stop tea coffee. Avoid spicy food. Don't eat cabbage / capsicum/ don't drink / eat citrus fruits. You need some acid blocker agents to control that. Feel fee to ask any further quary related to this
