Upper abdominal pain near breast bone
Hello,
actually i have upper abdominal pain since from 1 year near breast bone and i have inreggular periods also my agi is 21 i have weight approx 72 so should i have ovarian cancer? i show doctor he said i hve gastric problem my ecg , echo and blood test are normal

Ovaries are not in upper abdomen they are in lower abdomen. You may have some gastric issue due to which this pain is there.
