Upper abdominal cramps since yesterday
Hi I'm 4 months pregnant . Have started taking iron calcium tablets . Since yesterday I have been having  stomach cramps just at the starting point of stomach area . it feels like gas is moving inside . What can I do to reduce it.

You can take an antaacid Or try changing the brand of Iron and calcium supplements
