My mother still feels pain in upper abdomen area, after gallbladder removal operation. Had undergone ultrasound recently and report's suggest liver enlargement. Kindly guide what to do..?

Hello USG may also have shown fatty liver along with the enlargement. This is called Non-alocholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) - which is the most likely diagnosis. Please get liver function test(LFT), testing for Hepatitis B and C. I would also advice for regular walking/exercise and avoid fatty food.
