We need to know if your white patch is in your cheeks or tongue. If on cheeks, do you have restricted mouth opening than before. If so it is classic OSMF. Stay away from tobacco and have the meds. They are good medicines to have in OSMF.

here, you have been prescibed with topical steroid gel to overcome inflammatory reaction of gingiva (gums) and antioxidant to recover normal gingival(gums) texture and patency. it may take around 2 to 3 months to resolve completely depending upon its size.
