Good evening sir, I Have gone through your description. According to your OPG your lower left last molar (Wisdom tooth) is causing pain to you. On other hand as considering your upper first molar, it has no sign of any infection. (As per your OPG). Sometimes patient confuses in pain that it is due to upper one or due to lower one. First thing is to do is remove your lower wisdom tooth. Wait for few days, if complaints goes than forget everything. If after removal of your wisdom tooth still pain persist than we can think about other causes of pain. You are having pain in ear head and neck due to indection in wisdom tooth. Pain increases while chewing or swallowing.
