No it is not safe first you confirm either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.

It's better from Ur health perspective that u take such pills under supervision of a gynecologist.. these pills may not work in certain cases of pregnancy..
