Hello,
Did she do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy?
If the pregnancy is under 7 weeks, it can be treated through medications.
You should visit a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
First of all, check and be sure if she is really pregnant.
Ask her to take a urine pregnancy test at home itself.
If the test comes negative, then just wait. If it comes positive, ask her to consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
As regards to medical termination of pregnancy, the earlier the better.
First 8 weeks is very safe to terminate.
Best regards.
