hello,
do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy. If the result is positive then she is pregnant and visit a gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hello..... Pregnancy is one the main reason for missed period in normally menstruating woman. Do urine pregnancy test if she missed her periods , if the test result comes positive you have to consult gynaecologist for further management.. Otherwise no need to worry........
