Will a lady bleed if she takes abortion pill but she is not pregnant!! She is 5 weeks pregnant ... Not sure if she is pregnant or not. No such symptoms of pregnancy but there was little blood that. Came out of vagina after 2-3 days of sex

Only way to clear doubts on pregnancy is by doing a urine pregnancy test ,and yes it is possible to have little bleeding even when there is early pregnancy.
