Unwanted Pregnancy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Sir/Mam, My Girlfriend missed her monthly period since last 2 months. We had sex in Jan month, and today she did a pregnancy test by her urine sample and unfortunately found positive. But I'm wondering how is it possible, because she took a contraceptive pill as well after sex. In sonography it is found that she is 11 weeks and 6 days pregnant. She took the MTP kit as well yesterday, but still no heavy bleeding happened, only some blood clots and normal bleeding. We, are really worried, pl. suggest what to do, shall we take another kit ?
