Unwanted pregnancy
My wife got a pregnancy test yesterday and it was positive and we decided not to have child so early,so we decided to take medical termination,and now she is in ,i didn't exactly but it been 5 days due  after her period date,so yesterday she took first tablet of mifeprostone and today i.e after 24 hours she supposed to taken misoprostal. Is there any medicine need to take before misoprostal? and what are the precautions need to be taken ,and is there mandatory to go to hospital?

Yes it is mandatory to go to the hospital for an ultrasound localisation of pregnancy before you proceed with self medication for termination of this pregnancy
