Unwanted pregnancy

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My first day of last period was 29 Sep. Now I missed my period in Oct. I hv unprotected sex on 23 Sep , as I think it is safe day. Now I tested by kit and it's positive. I hv two kids , both are cesarian younger on is one is only 1year 3 months old and still feeding , what will be the safest way to terminate this pregnancy.
