Unwanted pregnancy

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had unprotected sex on September 5 but he didn't ejaculate and had ipill within 6 hours and I got my periods like normally on 16september . After that I got period again on October 5 and then again on October 21. After few days like from past week I am having back ache and indigestion. I feel burning sensation in my stomach and a cooling sensation in my throat. Are all these because I am pregnant?
