Unwanted pregnancy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I and my girlfriend were having unprotected sex.Her hymen is not broken and we did not do penetration sex.But I ejaculated near the clitoris region.So can she get pregnant?And we are thinking of taking ipill.So will it have any harmful effect if the sperm did not enter?is it advisable to take I pill in this situation.She last had period on 6th June.Pls reply asap
