Hi doc I am 28 year old women. I have a 1 year 3 month baby. Today I figure out that I am pregnant again I don't want 2 nd baby now as my 1st baby is still very small. Kindly guide me to safe abortion. My last period date was 22nd of July 2015.

The first suggestion is to plz carry the baby as your elder child is 1yr3month. By the time u deliver the elder child will be 2 yrs old. I am sure u r strong and will be able to manage. But its always your choice. Visit your gynaecologist at the earliest.
