Unwanted pregnancy

Doctor I do not do usg yet. As I don't have any prescription,I can not do ultrasound ,as I am unmarried I can not visit doctor also n I m more than half month pregnant .can I go withpills or I need any surgical assistance

U need an ultrasound as u need to be sure it’s inside uterus pregnancy. Need to show to a gynaecologist.
