If she missed her regular period than do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample and inform me result so that I can advise u in better way.
All this symptoms u talked is may be due to so vaginal infection.

Day 5 of the cycle is safe period. There is no chance of pregnancy.(This is with the presumption that she gets her periods every 28-30 days).
The symptoms that you have enumerated can be attributed to first time intercourse. They will pass off in few days.
